Is this event family-friendly?

Yes. The African Taxis Car Show is a family event. Children under 12 enter free with a paying adult.

Can I bring my own food?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. We have a full African Food Village on-site with vendors from across the continent.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Cloverdale Fairgrounds is fully accessible. Accessible parking is available near the main entrance.

How do I register my vehicle for the show?

Purchase a Car Exhibitor ticket on the Tickets page. You will receive a registration form by email to submit your vehicle details.

Can I apply to be a vendor?

Yes. Vendor booth applications are available on the Tickets page. Spaces are limited — apply early.

Will there be photography and videography at the event?

Yes. Professional photographers and videographers will be on-site. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use.

What happens if it rains?

The event is rain or shine. Some areas are covered. We recommend bringing a light jacket.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes. Lost and found is located at the main information booth near the entrance.
